As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance our customer engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve our solutions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. - Strong knowledge of Apex development and Salesforce integration techniques. - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Platform Developer I certification is a plus. - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
