Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components. - Implement Apex development for backend processes and integrations. - Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and analyze data effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms. - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve our solutions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. - Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Apex development. - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and integration techniques. - Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Platform Developer I certification is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
