Salesforce Developer - Sales & Service Cloud (Mid-level)

Role

Salesforce Developer on the Salesforce Core platform, delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for international customers as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and extend Sales Cloud processes: leads, accounts, opportunities, products and quoting, reporting

• Implement Service Cloud features: case management, email-to-case, service processes

• Develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST APIs, Platform Events)

• Configure the org: objects, fields, security, automation

• Take part in releases and code reviews within the team

• Work with business stakeholders to clarify and implement requirements

Must-have

• Advanced English language skill

• 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience

• At least 2 completed customer projects on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Apex, LWC, SOQL, test classes

• Flow Builder and declarative automation

• Basic integration experience (REST APIs)

• Git and Salesforce CLI

• At least one Salesforce certification (Administrator or Platform Developer I)

Nice-to-have

• Service Cloud or Sales Cloud Consultant certification

• OmniStudio

• CI/CD exposure
