Senior Salesforce Developer - Vlocity -
Sydney or Melbourne location

We are looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud Engineer (Vlocity) to join a major delivery program.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and customising OmniStudio components — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Cards — to deliver reusable, modular solutions across sales and service processes.
• Implementing and optimising industry CPQ processes, including product catalogues, pricing logic, and rules.
• Configuring and enhancing Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) and Order Management to streamline service activation and delivery.
• Integrating Communications Cloud with external OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP systems using Salesforce APIs, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Building and maintaining custom objects, Apex classes, and Lightning Web Components for platform extensions.
• Participating in code reviews, QA, and deployment planning, and supporting production environments with troubleshooting and fixes.

What you'll need:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Strong OmniStudio capability across OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce CPQ for Communications, product catalogues, and guided selling.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform events.
• Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional or OmniStudio Developer certification.
