Salesforce Engineer (w/m/d)
The Salesforce Engineer supports JTL's Go-to-Market organization on the technical side of Salesforce. The role owns everything from Quote onward: the Quote-to-Cash processes in Salesforce and the integrations that connect Salesforce to JTL's internal and external systems (the customer portal, HubSpot, license management, billing / ERP and related interfaces).
This role is the engineering counterpart and owns Quote-to-Cash in full. It keeps the integrations reliable, develops them further as the business grows, and implements changes cleanly and safely on a live, revenue-critical system. Strong Salesforce expertise is the central requirement.

Responsibilities:
- You build and maintain Salesforce processes from Quote through to Cash.
- You work full-stack on the platform: declarative (data model, Flows, validation, security model) and programmatic (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
- You implement changes safely on a production system used by Go-to-Market every day.
- Maintain and further develop the integrations between Salesforce and internal / external systems (customer portal, HubSpot, license management, billing / ERP and others).
- You design and operate integrations using Salesforce REST / SOAP APIs and standard integration patterns.
- You partner with RevOps and GTM to translate business needs into robust technical implementations.
- You protect a revenue-critical system: change control, testing, backup and rollback awareness.
- You have 2+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, working full-stack (declarative configuration plus Apex / Lightning Web Components).
- You have proven experience in building and maintaining Salesforce integrations and APIs to internal and external systems.
- You have experience operating on live, revenue-critical systems.
- You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Remote-first within Germany, with the option to work remotely from eligible countries for up to 180 days per year
