Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Implement A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and deliver optimal marketing solutions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Leverage Einstein features (Send Time Optimization, Engagement Scoring, etc.) to enhance campaign efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and modules.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email development.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, data extensions, and contact management.
- Experience with Journey Builder and marketing automation best practices.
- Familiarity with GDPR and email deliverability best practices.
- Possessed 4-5 years of relevant experiences.
