Salesforce Project Manager

Overview
This role owns Salesforce projects end to end — understanding business requirements, planning the work, coordinating the team, ensuring quality, and driving successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan Salesforce projects, covering timelines, tasks, budget, and resourcing
• Gather and translate business requirements into project scope
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, consultants, vendors, and other technical stakeholders
• Run meetings and keep stakeholders informed on progress
• Track deadlines, milestones, and dependencies to keep work on schedule
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and delays
• Review Salesforce configurations, integrations, and data for quality assurance
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and vendors across multiple concurrent projects
• Maintain project plans, reports, documentation, and status updates
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project processes and outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong attention to detail, with experience reviewing the quality of Salesforce configurations, integrations, and data
• Experience coordinating people, resources, schedules, vendors, or partners across multiple projects
• Prior experience managing Salesforce-related projects or programs, ideally within consulting, technology, or AI environments
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Familiarity with Salesforce implementation best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Salesforce or PMP certification is an advantage
