Salesforce ServiceMax Developer

Are you an experienced Salesforce ServiceMax Developer passionate about building scalable field service solutions and optimizing Salesforce implementations? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and drive impactful solutions!

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business roadmaps, requirements, and pain points.

- Analyze existing system architecture and recommend improvements.

- Design scalable solutions on ServiceMax and Salesforce.

- Lead solution design, distribute tasks, and guide team members.

- Develop, maintain, debug, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, LWC, workflows, validation rules, integrations, and complex Salesforce data models.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- ServiceMax : Full-cycle implementation experience.

- SFM Transactions, SFM Wizards, Dispatch Console, Service Board, Optimax, Output Documents, Checklist Designer, and Code Snippets.

- Preventive Maintenance, Timesheet Management, SMAX Translations, and Go Mobile App Configuration.

- Apex, Asynchronous Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow.

- Salesforce Security, Sharing, and Data Modeling.

- Salesforce APIs, REST Integrations, and Platform Events.

- Git, CI/CD, Copado, and Salesforce deployment tools.

Preferred Experience :

- Work Order, Installed Product, and Parts Order Management.

- Location Management.

- Scheduling and Optimization.

- Warranty and Entitlement Management.

Good-to-Have Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I.

- Salesforce Administrator / App Builder.

- ServiceMax Administrator 101.

- ServiceMax Advanced Administrator 201.
