Job Description-
We are looking for an experienced SAP BIB + ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors integration, SAP BIB, and HR ABAP development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR integrations and ABAP solutions.
Key Skills Must Have
- Strong experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)
- Strong SAP HR ABAP Development & Enhancements
- Experience with Employee Master Data and Organizational Management
- Knowledge of SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI integrations
- Experience in Interface Development and Troubleshooting
- Experience with Reports, Forms, Conversions, User Exits and BAdIs
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors to SAP HCM integration
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP HR ABAP solutions and integrations
- Implement and maintain SAP BIB integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Develop custom ABAP programs, interfaces, reports, and enhancements
- Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance
- Support existing HR interfaces and resolve technical issues
- Ensure integration solutions meet business and technical requirements
Preferred Candidate
- 7–10 years of relevant SAP HR technical experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BIB + HR ABAP
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
