SAP Basis Administrator - Hybrid Infra & Cloud

Arsenalia is seeking an experienced SAP SysOps professional to manage SAP infrastructure architecture, deployments, and lifecycle across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle, SAP HANA, Solution Manager, and S/4HANA with ability to travel for assignments.

Candidates should have 5+ years in SAP SysOps, English at B2, and willingness to work across diverse projects.

Manage SAP infrastructure architecture and deployment tasks. Handle software lifecycle: patching, updates, and maintenance. Administer, monitor and optimize SAP performance across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Install, support, and maintain SAP systems. Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations. Implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP environments. Monitor system logs and performance metrics to ensure stability. Coordinate with development and functional teams for issue resolution and system improvements. Apply best practices for SAP Basis administration and system tuning. Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. At least 5 years of experience as SAP SysOps or SAP System Administrator. Ability to understand client needs, define architectural frameworks, and draft Statements of Work. Knowledge of Oracle and HANA database architecture and administration for SAP. Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. Understanding of network protocols and system integration principles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in new environments and across different projects. Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €33,000 to €45,000 for the middle profile and from €46,000 to €55,000 for the Senior profile. The final offer may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CNEL code C011.
