SAP BTP / CPI Integration Consultant (Mining MNC)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Mining MNC to look for a SAP BTP / CPI Integration Consultant.
• Responsible for ensuring end-to-end interface readiness, troubleshooting SAP BTP/CPI integrations, coordinating defect resolution, and supporting testing, cutover, and hypercare during a complex SAP transformation.
• The role will start out as a contract

• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Broader integration experience with Azure API Management, SAP PI/PO, SAP MII, APIs, events, file-based integrations, and third-party connectivity.
• Ability to analyse interface specifications, payloads, mappings, logs, and errors.
• Experience coordinating integration defects across multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong understanding of SIT, defect management, cutover, go-live, and support transition.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Own end-to-end interface readiness across SAP, BTP, and 200+ third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving payloads, mappings, connectivity, security, middleware, and data.
• Coordinate defect resolution across system integrators, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Track interface defects, risks, owners, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure third-party vendors have the necessary contacts, support windows, and testing arrangements.
• Support SIT/SIT2, cutover rehearsals, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Validate critical interfaces during cutover, including monitoring, reconciliation, and interface freeze activities.
• Prepare integration readiness registers, triage notes, technical checklists, and cutover validation plans.
