SAP CPI Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI.
• Build and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Work on end-to-end integration scenarios involving employee, organizational, and HR-related data.
• Develop and configure integration flows using various adapters and connectivity options.
• Implement message mappings, value mappings, and transformations using graphical mapping, XSLT, and Groovy scripting.
• Work with SuccessFactors APIs, including OData and SOAP-based services.
• Configure authentication mechanisms, certificates, and secure communication.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and implement appropriate error-handling mechanisms.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical specifications and integration documentation.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 57 years of relevant experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI development and iFlow configuration.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, particularly OData and SOAP.
• Experience with adapters such as HTTPS, SFTP, SOAP, OData, and IDoc.
• Hands-on experience with message mapping, value mapping, and data transformations.
• Knowledge of Groovy scripting and XSLT.
• Experience with integration monitoring, debugging, exception handling, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of authentication protocols and secure integrations, including OAuth and certificate-based authentication.
