Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month

About the role

As a FICO Operation Engineer, you will be the analytical backbone of daily operations—investigating application bugs, resolving data mismatches, and keeping global business processes running flawlessly. When major enterprise systems face errors, your team cracks the case.

Key responsibilities

• Trace data and transactions across SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO), Sales (SD), and Production (PP) modules to find exactly where a process broke down

• Manage the daily incident queue, troubleshoot system errors, and resolve operational blockers within SLAs to keep the business moving

• Identify manual support tasks or repetitive data checks and build scripts/automation tools to level up team efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related tech discipline

• Strong logical, algorithmic, or data-modeling thinking with ability to tear a problem apart to find the root cause

• Good communication skills with confidence to collaborate across cross-functional teams and handle incident updates clearly

• Hands-on university or internship projects using Python, Java, or UiPath / RPA (preferred)

• Experience building automation scripts, web scrapers, or tools to handle data (preferred)

• Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL) or fundamental ERP/SAP logic (preferred)
