SAP FICO Specialist

Job Summary
Provides functional support and expertise for SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues.
• Support SAP enhancements, implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Develop functional specifications for technical development.
• Perform configuration, testing, and validation.
• Prepare functional documentation and user guides.
• Work with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Coordinate with SAP technical teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• SAP certification is an advantage.
