SAP Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and support initiatives.
  
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective SAP solutions.
  
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, vendors, and internal/external delivery teams.
  
• Oversee solution design, configuration/development, integration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  
• Drive process improvement, standardisation, user adoption, and change management.
  
• Ensure quality, security, compliance, and effective system integration with other enterprise applications.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP experience, including SAP S/4HANA project delivery experience.
  
• Strong expertise in at least one SAP module, such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or SAP BTP.
  
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects and external vendors/system integrators.
  
• Good understanding of SAP integration, data migration, testing, and SAP Activate methodology.
  
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
  
• Fluent English, Cantonse, Mandarin
