Summary
SAP MM functional consultant on an AMS/support team: handles daily SAP Materials Management operations, troubleshooting, testing, and configuration, and writes functional specs for enhancements. Job Description
Handle daily operations, maintenance, and support of SAP MM (Application Management Services/AMS).
Analyze business requirements related to system changes, enhancements, and process improvements.
Prepare Functional Specifications and effort estimations for system enhancements.
Support SAP MM solution implementation and configuration activities.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Handle issue resolution, troubleshooting, testing, and solution stabilization.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in SAP MM processes and system performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM and/or SAP WM.
Hands-on experience in SAP MM Support, Implementation, or Application Management Services (AMS).
Strong understanding of SAP MM business processes.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and effort estimations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP MM experience.
Strong experience in SAP MM AMS/Production Support.
Previous experience in SAP MM implementation projects.
Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
Experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) will be an advantage.
