SAP MM Lead

Role purpose

Lead procurement, inventory and warehouse process delivery for dairy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own purchasing, source determination, approvals, inventory and warehouse process design.
• Configure purchase orders, scheduling agreements, goods movements and invoice verification.
• Design batch, shelf life, stock status, traceability and stock reconciliation controls.
• Define warehouse receiving, putaway, picking and physical inventory processes.
• Confirm the target warehouse solution and scope for Stock Room Management or EWM where relevant.
• Coordinate supplier data, migration, finance integration, testing and cutover.

Mandatory experience and skills

• Direct, hands on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud edition implementation, covering the activities relevant to this role.
• Dairy industry SAP project experience, with demonstrated understanding of the business processes relevant to this role.
• Deep MM configuration and experience with the warehouse solution selected for the project.
• Knowledge of raw milk, ingredients, packaging and temperature sensitive inventory flows.
• Experience with procurement controls, subcontracting or consignment where applicable.
• Ability to lead cross functional design with QM, PP, SD and FI.
