SAP S/4 Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA rollout deployments of a global template across multiple countries. You will drive delivery, governance, and change enablement with clear project controlling and stakeholder alignment—apply to help deliver successful go-lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end rollout planning and execution across countries, plants, and business units
  • Develop and maintain the rollout plan, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines
  • Ensure alignment to the global rollout roadmap, template strategy, and transformation objectives
  • Drive project controlling across budget tracking, forecasting, resource utilization, and milestone tracking
  • Provide transparent status reporting on KPIs, risks, issues, and progress to program leadership and SteerCo
  • Identify deviations early and implement corrective actions, mitigation plans, and delivery standards compliance
  • Ensure adherence to the global S/4HANA template and guide harmonization of local processes to global standards
  • Manage controlled localization requirements through defined governance
  • Coordinate cutover, go-live, and hypercare to secure a smooth transition into operations
  • Drive organizational readiness through structured change management, communications, and enablement
  • Coordinate training plans, key user enablement, and business support across rollout entities
  • Manage test cycles including SIT, UAT, and data validation while ensuring go-live readiness
  • Identify and manage risks across rollout waves and ensure end-to-end quality outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SAP project/program management experience
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA template-based, multi-country rollouts
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate global and local stakeholders
  • Strong project planning and project controlling skills (budget, resources, timeline, milestones)
  • Hands-on experience with industrialized and scalable delivery approaches
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in complex environments
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
  • Solid understanding of global template governance and quality gate compliance
  • Practical knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and project controlling tools
