- Configure and implement SAP EHS Incident Management to track workplace incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety hazards.
- Design and manage risk assessment processes and preventive safety measures in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Configure Occupational Health Management solutions for employee health monitoring, medical surveillance, and exposure management.
- Implement Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Monitoring processes for dust, noise, air quality, and workplace exposure assessments.
- Configure Hazardous Substance Management processes, including chemical inventory management, MSDS handling, transportation compliance, and safety documentation.
- Implement Audit Management and Compliance Monitoring solutions to support national and international safety regulations.
- Integrate SAP EHS with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for equipment inspections, maintenance compliance, and safety monitoring.
- Collaborate with SAP HCM teams to manage employee certifications, safety training records, medical examinations, and workforce compliance requirements.
