Job Description

• Provide first level support of SAP SD, E-Invoice, E-Waybill, EXIM Imports & Exports.
• Coordination with project team stakeholders, business and SAP functional/technical resources.
• Should have innovation and providing quick solutions to business.
• Should have the basic knowledge about ABAP and workflow management.
• Be a hands on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables.
• Demonstrate functional expertise in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Processes to advise business users on S/4 HANA - Fit to Standards- Out of the Box- solutions.
• Knowledge on Credit Management on SAP S4 Hana.
• Configuration of SAP SD module in IMG based on business requirement.
• Documentation of new business processes and SAP functionality/solutions
• Excellent hands-on experience in Customer Master, Material Master, Inventory Management, Pricing Procedures, Condition Records, Access Sequence
• Experience with Make to Order, Make to Stocks, Stock Transfer, Job Work Process, Service Orders, Return Orders.
• Knowledge on India GST, TCS in SAP.
• Good communication skills: interact with the business users and gather all the requirement and document the requirement.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently.
• Knowledge of Export Process (Customs Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice).
• Knowledge on Advance Licence & EPCG Licence
• Knowledge on Import Process (Bill of Entry, Licence Utilization, GRN)
• Knowledge on Advance Licence Utilization in Imports & Export Process (Bill of Entry & Customs Invoice).
