Short Roles & Responsibilities S/4HANA SD Consultant

• Analyze business requirements and map AS-IS / TO-BE processes for SAP SD.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
• Manage complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle – Sales Order, Delivery, PGI, Billing and Returns.
• Configure pricing, taxation, item categories, schedule lines, partner functions, output determination and copy controls.
• Handle Customer & Material Master, Credit/Debit Memo, Contracts and Scheduling Agreements.
• Configure special processes such as Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Sales, Consignment and Cross-Company transactions.
• Support Variant Configuration, BOM and configurable materials.
• Work on integration of SAP SD with FI, MM and PP.
• Support interfaces using BAPI, IDOC, EDI and Web Services.
• Perform gap analysis, functional design, testing, UAT, documentation and user support.
• Coordinate with ABAP/development teams for enhancements, user exits and custom requirements.
• Provide production/support troubleshooting and adapt SAP SD solutions to changing business requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
• Support export/foreign trade, shipping, transportation and e-invoicing processes.
• Willing to provide 247 support and travel to customer locations, when required.
