Description
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation work for the Sligro engagement.
- Provide functional and technical leadership, configuration, issue resolution, transition support and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Compensation-related activities.
- Support testing, documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing system support.
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation;
- SuccessFactors HXM;
- Tech Lead experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration, workflows and business processes.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders and delivering HR technology projects in an international environment.
- Confident English
- Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
