SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at BairesDev
As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will implement and manage SAP's cloud-based HCM suite to streamline human resources operations. You will play a key role in delivering modern HR solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency across the enterprise.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central, recruiting, and learning.
- Configure HCM solutions to align with specific business requirements and complex HR workflows.
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Optimize performance management and reporting tools to provide actionable human capital insights.
- Ensure the seamless integration of cloud HR components with existing enterprise systems.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar HCM role.
- Proven expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
- Hands-on experience configuring recruiting, learning, and performance management solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based HR suites and integration with enterprise systems.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
