Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Manager for an immediate contract opportunity with a leading professional services organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned implementation professional to step into a key delivery role, providing leadership and direction across an enterprise HR technology transformation.
Working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, you will take responsibility for driving implementation activities, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation activities from planning through to delivery.
Coordinate functional, technical and business stakeholders across the implementation lifecycle.
Drive project governance, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks.
Work closely with HR, technology and business leaders to ensure solutions meet organisational requirements.
Manage implementation challenges and ensure delivery remains on track.
Support change, adoption and transition into business-as-usual operations.
About You
You will be an experienced SAP SuccessFactors implementation professional with a strong track record of delivering complex HR technology programmes.
Ideally, you will bring:
Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Strong project and programme delivery capabilities.
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels.
A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery.
