SAP SuccessFactors Manager

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, etc.).

- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Customize, optimize, and support SuccessFactors functionalities.

- Manage system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.

- Deliver end-user training and create documentation.

- Stay current with SuccessFactors updates and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field.

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows.

- Experience with configurations and integrations.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
