SAP SuccessFactors QA Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors QA Analyst to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our SAP SuccessFactors applications. You will work closely with the development team to understand the requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Your expertise in quality assurance will be crucial in identifying defects and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards before deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand application functionalities. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. - Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities. - Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress and issues. - Assist in the development of automated testing scripts to improve efficiency. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. - Proven experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies. - Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
