Position Details: Bartenders Servers at the Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties F&B outlets will deliver unparalleled guest service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

● Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages

● Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence

● Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner

● Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish

● Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed

● Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills

● Perform bartop maintenance and stocking

● Maintain a clean work area

● Demonstrate accurate product knowledge
