Science and Mathematics Support Assistant

Job Description
Prepare Science apparatus for experiments and store them after lessons.

Regular Duties

· Organise and maintain Mathematics and Science resources, cupboards and laboratories.

· Perform simple repairs and minor maintenance o fequipment and teaching aids.

· Assist teachers in preparing Mathematics and Science teaching materials.

Ad-hoc Duties

· Support photo-taking and documentation of school programmes and activities.

· Assist with Mathematics and Science recess activities.

· Help teachers create simple teaching and learning videos.

· Provide administrative support as assigned by the school.

Annual Duties

· Assist with stocktaking and maintaining inventory lists.

Organise the collection and return of Mathematics and Science teachers' desk copies

Requirements
Preferably has school-based experience, especially in Science and Mathematics support.

· Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

· Able to work independently, achieve targets and seek clarification when needed.
