Scrub Technician
Summary
Scrub technician assists in surgeries, prepares instrument kits, and supports medical teams during procedures in a healthcare setting.
Assist in surgery primarily the key account cases coverage
Surgical Cases pre & post arrangement including instrument kit monitoring
Assist & support CME workshops/ in service
Maintain good relationship with key customer stake holders
Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED
Education & special trainings:
Certificate or Diploma with nursing related field or experience in nursing & case scrubbing
Qualifications & experience:
2-3 years of work experience as Scrub Technician or clinical support
Physical & mental requirements:
Initiative, pro-active and enthusiasm
Excellent communication
Good planning skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Self-motivated and team oriented
