We're looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile project delivery for an established insurance client. If you enjoy helping teams collaborate, improving delivery processes, and driving projects from planning through deployment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support Agile practices such as backlog refinement and story pointing.
Help teams remove blockers and maintain progress toward sprint goals.
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Apply Agile and Scrum practices, including knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Use tools such as Jira, RTC, or Agile Central to track project progress.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end projects through successful deployment.
Experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) industry.
At least one recognized Scrum or Agile certification, such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe.
Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Jira, RTC, or Agile Central is an advantage.
