Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum processes. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through the Scrum framework, ensuring that Agile principles are adhered to, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. - Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance team performance and productivity. - Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and help them achieve their sprint goals. - Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized. - Monitor and report on team progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile principles. - Scrum Master certification is mandatory. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts within the team. - Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
