Scrum Master/ Business Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for the Core Team and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
• Ensure Scrum principles are followed, remove impediments and support delivery of sprint goals.
• Coordinate Level 3 and Level 4 support tickets and help resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Test bug fixes and functional or technical enhancements before production deployment.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications and documentation, and support technical studies.
• Coordinate application roll outs and deployments across multiple markets.
• Act as liaison between market stakeholders, business users, development teams and support teams.

• IT Services project based in Wrocław with hybrid work and a maximum of 2 days per week in the office.
• Full time B2B engagement with an ASAP start date.

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum environments within international organizations.
• Experience supporting business critical applications and coordinating releases.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to execute simple queries.
• Basic Linux skills, including SSH server connections and copying files with SCP.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and Azure DevOps and GitLab tools.
• Experience testing application enhancements and defect fixes.
• Very good command of English.
• Citizenship of an EU country and residence in Poland.
