Requires 3+ years' Scrum Master experience and a current Australian Baseline security clearance.
Scrum Master | SAFe & Azure DevOps
Lead Agile delivery across complex ICT projects and programs as a Scrum Master, facilitating SAFe ceremonies, supporting delivery teams and managing Azure DevOps boards, risks and dependencies.
Location: ACT or NSW
Contract Duration: 24 November 2026 to 31 December 2027

Essential Tasks
- Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach delivery teams to embed Agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Manage Azure DevOps boards, delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies and backlog priorities.
- Communicate sprint goals and delivery outcomes with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master on a large-scale transformation program or equivalent.
- Strong understanding and practical application of SAFe in large and complex delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite and project management tools.
