- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies
- Practical experience working with cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, testers, and infrastructure specialists
- Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
- Practical experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics and delivery KPIs
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices and continuous improvement
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
Nice to have:
- Certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or similar
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably financial services or regulated industries
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering concepts
- Experience working with distributed and geographically dispersed teams
- Understanding of IT governance, operational risk, compliance, and security requirements
- Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or large-scale Agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP and modern software engineering practices
- Experience facilitating workshops, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with Data, Analytics, Platform, or Infrastructure teams
