About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to guide agile teams within a SAFe environment, ensuring delivery remains reliable, predictable and aligned to ART objectives, cadence and commitments.
You’ll facilitate planning, daily flow, backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies with a strong focus on execution discipline, risk management and consistent delivery outcomes. Working closely with the Product Owner, RTE and broader stakeholder group, you will maintain visibility of progress, dependencies and impediments, creating the conditions for work to move smoothly from intent to done.

You’ll facilitate planning, daily flow, backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies with a strong focus on execution discipline, risk management and consistent delivery outcomes. Working closely with the Product Owner, RTE and broader stakeholder group, you will maintain visibility of progress, dependencies and impediments, creating the conditions for work to move smoothly from intent to done.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master within a SAFe / scaled agile environment
- Proven ability to maintain delivery cadence, support flow and drive predictable outcomes
- Strong facilitation skills across planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- A proactive approach to identifying blockers, managing risks and supporting informed decision-making
- Ability to foster transparency, uphold agreed ways of working and build high-trust, high-performing teams
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
- A coaching mindset with the capability to uplift less experienced Scrum Masters and guide teams toward continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on alignment and momentum
