Summary: The Scrum Master serves as an Execution Leader facilitating Agile processes to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives for embedded banking and API platform management.
Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach team members on effective methodologies.
Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture that emphasizes collaboration and accountability.
Manage strategic initiatives, planning, and execution tracking throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Identify blockers and coordinate solutions, ensuring timely decision-making.
Drive AI opportunities that enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
Key Requirements:
Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination capabilities.
Understanding of API-based architectures and modern software development practices.
Understanding of Open Banking and financial services technology ecosystems is a strong advantage.
Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders without requiring hands-on technical expertise.
Interest in AI-driven working methods and automation solutions.
Nice to Have:
Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or Open Banking.
