JD 37790- Scrum Master Experience Needed- 8+ years of experience in Agile software development environments. 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams. Experience supporting enterprise software product development. Experience facilitating delivery across multiple Agile teams. Experience working with distributed or global development teams. Demonstrated success improving team performance, flow, and delivery outcomes. Technical Skills Needed- Agile & Scrum Expertise: Scrum framework, Agile principles, Kanban, Lean; release planning and PI planning; Agile metrics/reporting; continuous improvement; team facilitation and coaching. Delivery Management: Sprint planning, dependency management, risk management, team capacity planning, release coordination, Agile portfolio alignment, cross-team collaboration. Tools & Platforms: Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Aha!, GitHub, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. Cloud & Technical Awareness: Microsoft Azure, cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architectures, application lifecycle management. AI Knowledge: Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted software development, Microsoft Copilot and developer productivity tools, Agile implications of AI-generated code, AI governance and Responsible AI, AI-enabled delivery and workflow automation.
