You will work on NTSE project. NTSE is a solution supporting Tax authorities in the Danish municipal software landscape. The development team is multinational, with the bulk of development handled from Poland.

AFTER YOUR MORNING COFFEE YOU WILL BE:

• Coaching the development team in efficient use of Scrum

• Supporting the team, removing obstacles

• Facilitating the team’s Scrum rituals and habits

• Coaching the team in efficient planning, reporting and continuous improvement

WE WANT YOU IN OUR TEAM IF YOU:

• Have several years’ experience on a similar position in international setups

• Are communicative in English, both spoken and written

• Work well in a distributed, multinational team

• Have documented commercial experience in Scandinavian setups

• Have experience in knowledge sharing to help elevate other team members’ skills
