We are currently looking for talented and experienced Scrum Master to join a long-term project with a major international Swiss investment bank operating in the financial sector.

📍 Location: Kraków, Poland
🏢 Hybrid model: 3 days/week from the office

Requirements:
✔ 12+ years of professional experience
✔ Strong Banking domain experience (mandatory)
✔ Knowledge of Payments domain (mandatory)
✔ Experience with payment standards and systems such as ISO 20022, RTGS, SEPA, GPP, or similar
✔ Proven Scrum Master experience in enterprise environments
