Summary
Lynxmind is hiring a remote Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Scrum best practices, and report team metrics to stakeholders. Requires CSM/PSM certification and 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in tech-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
- Work with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize deliverables.
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation.
Must-Have:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in tech-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong conflict-resolution and servant-leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Background in software development or IT projects.
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks (LeSS, Nexus).
