Job Description
As part of their organizational transformation and the development of their Agile teams, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support several teams in the adoption and maturation of Agile practices.
You will work in a complex and structured environment, interacting with Product Owners, development teams, architects, and application and business managers. Your role will be to foster collaboration, streamline processes, and ensure a dynamic of continuous improvement within the teams.
Experience gained within a large IT department, a service center, or a major transformation program will be particularly appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Support teams in applying the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
- Facilitate communication between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting collective performance.
- Support teams in their Agile maturity growth.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Participate in scaled Agile initiatives and inter-team coordination.
- Contribute to tracking performance and delivery metrics.
- Support Product Owners in managing and prioritizing backlogs.

Qualifications
Desired Profile
- Master's degree (Bac + 5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and facilitation practices.
- Significant experience in complex environments or large IT departments.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders, both technical and functional.
- Past experience in development, infrastructure, production, or IT project management would be a real asset.
