Scrum Master / Project Manager - Cloud Migration

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Cloud Migration initiatives for a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery and project management, with proven experience managing end-to-end cloud migration programs. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, solution architects, and third-party vendors to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and enable Agile teams to deliver efficiently while promoting Agile best practices.
• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, infrastructure, and engineering teams to drive successful cloud migration initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, manage RAID logs, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project metrics, team velocity, and delivery performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.
• Support release planning, change management, and governance activities.

SKILLS

Must have

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing Cloud Migration or Cloud Transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management best practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PMP, or SAFe certifications. • Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs. • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
