Job Description:
At Southwest Airlines, we believe that flying should feel like freedom. For over 50 years, we’ve been connecting people to what matters most with low fares, legendary hospitality, and a heart for service. Our culture is built on the principles of fun, friendliness, and family, making us one of the most admired workplaces in the world.
If you’re passionate about making a difference, love working in a fast-paced environment, and want to help millions of travelers reach their destinations with a smile, Southwest Airlines is the place for you. Here, your career can truly take flight.
Our Platform pods build the foundational AI capabilities that integrate directly into developer workflows across Southwest. Pod 1 – Platform AI & Integration focuses on GitLab Duo Agent Platform, the enterprise Knowledge Graph, and AI-powered developer workflows, while Pod 2 – Platform & AI Accelerators focuses on platform accelerators, Terraform-based cloud provisioning (CCP→CCPNext), and Backstage Golden Paths. Together the pods enable intelligent automation, faster developer productivity, and consistent AI adoption across the enterprise — connecting data, systems, and context so engineering teams can move faster with greater confidence.
We are hiring two Scrum Masters — one dedicated to each of the two Platform pods (one on Pod 1 – Platform AI & Integration and one on Pod 2 – Platform & AI Accelerators). As Scrum Master, you'll drive the operating health of your pod as it stands up in our Hyderabad office and grows into a core engine of Southwest's developer platform. You'll enable predictable delivery through disciplined ceremonies and data-driven improvement, remove impediments, and build the connective tissue across a globally distributed team so AI-enabled platform capabilities reach engineering teams faster.
