Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Virginia, VA Type: Contract Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote Responsibilities + Coordinate and facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous team improvement. + Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Agile best practices and principles. + Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively. + Support the development team in removing impediments to ensure smooth progress of sprint deliverables. + Monitor, track, and report on team performance metrics and sprint progress. + Support the adoption of Agile methodologies across teams and departments as needed. **Requirements** + 5-10+ years of Scrum Master experience + Strong preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience + Experience supporting Agile teams in complex enterprise environments + Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills + SAFe and Scrum certifications are preferred System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
