Decarbonisation / Energy Tech | Perth (Hybrid) | 12-month contract
On behalf of our client, we’re hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery across a portfolio of digital products enabling decarbonisation and energy operations. You’ll work with Product Owners, BAs, engineers, data scientists and modelling teams to establish strong Agile ways of working and keep delivery moving.

On behalf of our client, we’re hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery across a portfolio of digital products enabling decarbonisation and energy operations. You’ll work with Product Owners, BAs, engineers, data scientists and modelling teams to establish strong Agile ways of working and keep delivery moving.
What you’ll be doing
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles
- Drive backlog hygiene, sprint goals and Definition of Done
- Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies/risks
- Maintain delivery visibility through Jira dashboards/metrics
- Support release planning and continuous improvement
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master in software/product delivery
- Strong facilitation + stakeholder management (tech + business)
- Solid Jira / Confluence experience
- Agile certification (PSM I / CSM or similar) preferred
- Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD / testing / release practices helpful
- Energy or mining experience beneficial
- 12-month contract
- Perth, hybrid (typically 3 days office / 2 WFH for full-time)
