SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Posted Updated
Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years in an SDR/BDR/outbound sales role with a track record of booking meetings
- Hands-on outbound experience across channels — cold email, LinkedIn and phone
- Strong written communication — short, personal, non-generic outreach that gets replies
- Fluent English — most of our outreach is in English to European markets
- Proactive and self-driven — you don’t wait for leads or instructions; you spot an opportunity and act on it
- Strong executor — organised, consistent, able to run several campaigns in parallel without dropping follow-ups
- Comfortable with targets and data — you track your own conversion and adjust based on it
- Working knowledge of sales tools: a CRM (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing/automation tools
- Curiosity and coachability — happy to learn a new market quickly and take feedback from the SDR Manager and AEs
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Product SDR experience — selling a product rather than a service: SaaS, B2B tech, e-commerce tech, AdTech/MarTech or any other software product. This is a strong advantage
- Service SDR experience (agency, consulting, outsourcing) — also a clear plus
- Any exposure to retail media, digital advertising, e-commerce or retail — not required, but helps you ramp faster
- Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market companies and reaching senior stakeholders
- Additional European languages (e.g. Polish, Czech, Greek, Serbian/Croatian, Baltic languages, German) for local-language outreach
- Event-led prospecting experience — booking meetings around trade shows and conferences
- Experience with intent data, enrichment and LinkedIn automation tools
- Experience building campaigns from scratch (ABM, content-led or event-led), not only running existing sequences
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with decision-makers at retailers and commerce businesses (Head of E-commerce, CMO, Commercial/Category Directors, Marketing and Loyalty leads)
- Run multichannel outbound — email, LinkedIn, phone and event outreach — from first touch through to a confirmed meeting
- Research target accounts and contacts and personalize every first message: why this company, why this person, why now
- Generate and test new lead-generation ideas — new segments, angles, triggers, channels, events, ABM plays, local-language outreach — and measure what actually converts
- Execute campaigns end to end: build lists, set up and launch sequences, follow up, iterate on copy and cadence based on results
- Light qualification before handoff — confirm basic fit, interest and timing, then hand over to the AE with clear context (who, what they care about, what was said). Discovery itself is owned by the AE
- Book meetings around industry events and conferences (before, during and after), and follow up on event conversations within 24 hours
- Work with the Product Owner on product-marketing questions — positioning, messaging and how to explain the product to different segments
- Keep the CRM clean: every touch, reply and meeting logged in HubSpot; pipeline data reliable enough to make decisions on
- Report on your own numbers weekly — activity, reply rate, meetings booked, what’s working and what you’ll change
