Job Responsibilities include:

- Perform routine, repetitive daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior
- Assist in minor building repairs
- Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Report to a maintenance manager all issues
- Perform general grounds keeping on a daily basis; inspect outside area, insure all areas are kept clean and in a safe condition
- Prepares and paints walls and general custodial duties as required
- Other house keeping and maintenance projects as assigned
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Work involves frequent periods of standing and walking, which may include climbing ladders
- Work involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching; bending at the waist. Indoor/ out-door work environment with exposure to weather extremes
- High school diploma or equivalent
