Position Summary

The Seasonal Sr. Customer Service Outbound Associate supports our Business Sales Support team by assisting with major business accounts and contacting customers through outbound phone calls. This position provides customer service, order management, and sales support while helping ensure customers receive timely, professional, and accurate assistance throughout the busy holiday season.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote, seasonal opportunity that requires flexibility during the peak holiday season.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and support order-related needs.
• Provide professional and timely customer service to external and internal customers.
• Assist with customer order management and sales support activities.
• Utilize customer contact tools and internal systems to support customer interactions.
• Accurately document and maintain customer and order information.
• Handle a high volume of customer calls while maintaining professionalism and a positive customer experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in an environment with frequent interruptions.
• Handle confidential customer and business information with discretion.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications as required.
• Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Adapt to changing schedules and business needs throughout the holiday season.
• Perform additional customer service and sales support responsibilities as assigned.
