Job Summary:

The Account Manager reports to the VP, Operations and is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and client relationship management of the assigned security contract. This role provides leadership to site supervisors and security personnel while ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, contract performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead all daily operations for the assigned City of San Antonio security contract.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, post orders, policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Direct all staffing, scheduling, training, onboarding, and employee performance management activities.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and security personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality assurance reviews, and operational audits.
  • Develop corrective action plans and drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Monitor overtime, labor costs, budgets, and financial performance of the account.
  • Analyze KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics and provide executive reporting.
  • Lead investigations involving incidents, injuries, complaints, and policy violations.
  • Coordinate emergency response activities and serve as the primary escalation point.
  • Ensure all licensing, certifications, and training remain current.
  • Partner with Corporate HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Safety, and Compliance teams.
  • Support business growth opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Maintain 24/7 accountability for operational emergencies.
