Responsibilities
Analyze and investigate potential cybersecurity incidents escalated by SOC and related IT/security teams, determine security breaches, and assess business impact.
Support cybersecurity platforms and solutions, including AVS, EDR, SLP, SASE, TVMS, security rating and benchmarking tools.
Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments and coordinate mitigation and remediation actions with relevant teams.
Support security incident escalation, communication and reporting with internal stakeholders, managed security service providers / vendors etc.
Review and enhance security incident management processes, workflows and reporting mechanisms.
Support the development and implementation of incident management capabilities, security technologies and solutions.
Enhance Managed Security Service (MSS) operations through security requirement definition, workflow analysis, testing, quality management and service evaluation.
Support security operations and infrastructure, including implementation and enforcement of security controls.
Coordinate ongoing vulnerability assessments and follow-up remediation activities.
Implement cybersecurity projects with system integrators, covering testing, installation and production rollout.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in information security incident handling or as a Security Analyst.
Experience in Security Operations Centre (SOC) environments is preferred.
Experience in Managed Security Services (MSS) projects is preferred.
Relevant professional certifications are preferred, including: CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, GIAC GCIH, GIAC GCIA, CSIRT / CERT-related certifications
Salary:
